supplies:
2 punches that you can layer over one another (two different circles, or two shapes that work together)
Christmas stamps & ink
Cardstock
Stamp your image, and punch out using the smaller punch.
Punch the larger shape from a co-ordinating cardstock.
Glue together and punch a hole for twine or ribbon.
super, super easy! If you don't have Christmas stamps, just punch out pieces from your Christmas patterned paper (or wrapping paper).

I was thinking of making some this year...using my scalloped circle punch is a great idea!
