The first is with ink and paint:
Cover the chipboard snowflake in the ink colour of your choice.
With some MM acylic paint, dip a sponge in the paint and lightly apply the paint to the ends of the snowflake tips.
The result:
Another idea is to use paint and embossing powder.
Dip the tips of the snowflake into Versamark ink.
Cover the snowflake with white embossing powder making sure the tips are all covered. Shake off the excess.
Heat the embossing powder with my heat gun, until the ends get nice and shiny.
